Groceries were over $100 again this week. I don't know how I'm going to survive.

Groceries should not be this expensive, but in the mean time the best way to stretch the money is to just buy milk, chicken thighs/leg quarters, rice/potatoes, and carrots/broccoli and whatever dried herbs/spices/seasoning you like. You can eat for 25-50 bucks a week like this depending on how much you eat and what's on sale. I'm not saying it's great, but it gets you what you need on a budget. You could even probably skip the rice and potatoes but you'll want the carbs to help fill you up.
