Remember this guy? Inexplicably he's being treated pretty harshly by California's court system. He's been waiting for his next court date since he got arrested in April. His family has refused to bail him out because allegedly he threatened people with violence and tried to intimidate them all the time. It was just the first time he ever went this far.
