I think as resources become scarce and drone warfare becomes prevalent, a world superpower will become less feasible. I think we have a future of regional powers but their influence over other areas of the world will diminish. The US world hegemony ended this year against a 3rd rate power in the gulf. Theyre now struggling to exert economic control over canada, something which they previously did with ease. Out of india, china, russia and the US, I expect only russia and the US to remain somewhat comfortable and powerful. China and india have severe import dependency and thats not good as the world runs out of cheap oil and minerals.On paper, russia is far more secure in terms of resources than America but they are more vulnerable to war.

US.China is dependent on US to survive. If US falls, China falls.Russia and India are both shitholes of basically no importance. India is far beyond russia but still will never be relevant in that sense.Russia is just a dump who dont even have the basic building blocks to be relevant.
