Imagine being so unbelievably mid-wit that you shell out hundreds of thousands in taxpayer cash for Flock AI cameras, thinking a glorified, overhyped toll-booth reader is going to stop a professional car theft crew. Let me drop a massive real-world redpill for the city council geniuses and police chiefs patting themselves on the back: your expensive little panopticon doesn't do a single thing to stop vehicle theft. The absolute second we pick a lock, the factory GPS and cellular signals are completely fried by a cheap $30 pocket jammer, instantly turning the car into an invisible ghost to every satellite on Earth. Before we even fire up the engine, or literally two blocks down the street, your plates are stripped and swapped with cloned tags or counterfeit paper dealer tags we printed off the internet. Your high-tech camera takes a crisp, useless photo of a perfectly clean registration, gives us a green light, and we drive right past the police station while waving at the dash. But hey, it’s not like your lazy patrol cops are even looking at the real-time alerts anyway; they're way too busy abusing the private cloud database to illegally search and track their ex-wives or stalk their side pieces. By the time some clueless owner finally wakes up at 7:00 AM, realizes their ride is missing, and your slow-motion bureaucracy takes hours to manually punch the VIN into the NCIC database to trigger a Flock notification, we’ve already been driving for seven hours. The car is stripped to the frame, parted out, or packed away inside a steel shipping container before your "cutting-edge" network even registers that a crime happened. You didn’t buy safety; you bought a six-figure tracking toy for corrupt cops to spy on civilians while giving actual car thieves a total free pass.
Pic rel. Took this bitch on a 7 month joy ride.
