This map is wrong, almost nowhere in africa is majority of a single tribe and Ukraine is only like 80% ethnic Ukrainian last census and Slovakia is 15%+ gypsy. Although I guess with ukraine you can assume many of the ethnic Russians have been displaced from the country by the war.
