Stomach contents came up as vomit, and intestines just mag dumped their entire contents. This is what is known as "explosive diarrhea". It's basically when your body goes "everything must go" for the digestive system. Regular runs are just some sort of liquid shit. Explosive means ALL of it comes out, water, shit, anything, all leaves RIGHT THE FUCK NOW. It's a special kind of pain, one you don't really experience all that often.
