I've seen them in rural areas recently, typically camping around larger commercial parking lots or near stores like Dollar General. Seeing homeless outside of a major metro area was almost unheard of until recent years. Surely rents almost universally doubling and tripling in price nationwide has nothing to do with that, it must be character flaws in every single homeless person.
