At the other end you have the intelligent ones who can't just ignore the truth because if they did then it would be a detriment to their mental and they'd become less intelligent; critical thought is what makes them intelligent. In the middle is the "positivity" normies that deny critical thought because it hurts their feelings and so they can't allow for anything that is "negative", choosing ignorance for some cooked up concept of bliss.
