A new administration will emerge which is more open to normalizing relations with Russia, rather than the illegitimate Judeo-American Azov junta regime that currently is in charge. It's not really as if they have a choice. They're forever indebted and will be 100x worse off than they were pre-war for decades. It's rough, but that's what happens to states that the we (the US) overthrow by funding insurgent paramilitary groups like Azov to overthrow a democratically elected government like that of Yanukovich. And these US government overthrow campaigns don't really have a good track record. Take Syria, Iraq and Libya. ISIS were their Azov.
