Anyone who can fast for 30 days is going to have a superior mind and body. Even fasting for a few days rewires your whole psychology and body. Fighting is mostly about weight cutting, it's not who is absolutely superior but superior at that weight, you have to push your body to the limit just to make weight. Dehydrating is how they lose weight as water is weight not fat, when you dehydrate your brain is affected. In the west we actually have a dehydration epidemic from diet and lifestyle. These guys eat lamb stew, stewing pulls nutrients out of the meat and veg for better absorption. Next is a mix of psychology, flexability and ability to use knowledge in the moment to create action which is done in the anterior cingulate activating fight or flight response. Our white fighters need to work on taking trauma out of the body through fascia and kidney work, need to fast and hydrate and work on sports psychology by doing physical tasks in a survival situation under pressure and remaining calm.
