Did I just lose aura points with my parents? I cried in front of them for the first time and they all gave me a hug. I was going through severe benzo withdrawal due to cold turkey. I decided to go back on it (small dose) for 6 months and REALLY SLOWLY TAPPER off. Right now I am fully functional however I cannot handle anything that is out of the ordinary. I cannot handle socializing that’s less than 5 minutes. I don’t feel like a man, I know it’s my nervous system but what can I do? How would I handle confrontation? I would have an autistic meltdown (either kill or get killed)
