The problem with Axon is it learned the lesson from Flock; you can spot a flock camera pole easy. Axon is putting their camera's on light poles, street lamps, intersection lights...you can't take those down without serious work. It's going to be much much harder to get rid of Axon. Killing Axon won't be done with physical destruction and vandalism but with public outcry.
