Whats going to happen with the Su-25? Are they going to try and modernize it? Geran-5's launches might have started happening with them. You add about 100km in range for air launched Geran-4/5. Banderol would be good too for the Su-25 but wings dont fold so maybe later variant might come that fixes this. So Su-25 can carry more. But Geran at this point is a cheaper so probably unnecessary. But dang, Mi-24's and (soon) Ka-52's will be carrying weapons that reach hundreds of km's. Su-25's as well. Some Geran-5 hits deep in Ukraine recently looking like test's strikes. So it might have been from Su-25's me thinks. Geran-6/7 will probably improve in design being more streamlined, maybe able to make Su-25 carry 4x of them. Or there could be like more compact designs with jet engines now being the main power source. That'll be funny if we get the boxy stealthy Geran cruise missiles (Kh-69 style) in Geran 8/9.
