Of course the implication that OP is making here is that the meat processing plants ran by chinks and spics are "clean" which is of course not true. The reason why there are so many supply chain issues with contaminated food is because there is a near total monopoly in multiple industries from chicken to pork to cattle and the companies that hold those monopolies have grown so big and so fat and so lazy that they do anything to squeeze out an extra cent of profit even if it means shipping rotten meat. The issue is not that farmers are now being allowed to compete against these monopolies, the issue is the monopolies themselves. They are also a blatant national security risk, imagine giving control of huge parts of your food supply to China, that's what the boomers did in the last 60 years.
