Sure you can argue it’s overpriced at $350,000, but it’s close to my family and me and my wife’s work, grocery store literally right outside, close to outdoor activities and forest, close to train station and a major highway, 2 balconies, INCREDIBLE VIEW, surprisingly many young Norwegian couples have moved in too.Only problem is that there is a fucking somali mother below us who always yells and emotionally abuses her teenage children, but they’re gonna be evicted due to repeated noise complaints even from people in different blocks.The average single unit home price in this area has been at almost $1 million since COVID times either way.Also we pay only slightly more for the mortgage than what we did when renting.I’m pretty happy with it but we hope to buy a bigger home by the time our future children are a bit older, so we have 5-7 years to succeed. Not that there’s any guarantee on that.
