Almost all "normal" schools are inclusive now. iirc all primary schools even have to be by law. Which was a terrible idea since we don't have nearly enough special ed teachers to staff even the pure inclusive schools I worked at over a decade ago, let alone send them to normal ones to take care of one or two classes there.
I can only imagine how much worse the situation got knowing that we lack even normal teachers.
