Why did everyone become so obsessed with age after Covid-19? It's like nowage has become the most important number in life. People are acting like anyone who is over 25 has one foot in the graveyard. Everyone is an "unc" now. Everyone is scared of each passing year and can't even enjoy birthdays anymore. What the hell happened to all the age positivity of the 2010s? I remember everyone was saying how 30 was the new 20 or even 40 was the new 20, and age is just a number. Being older was even seen as cool if you looked good for your age. But now everyone just obsesses over the number itself. It's insane how much the mentality and psyche of the general population has changed in these last years.
With how rapidly AI is advancing, immortality will be achieved in our lifetimes.Of course it's gonna be a very shitty variant of immortality, but you'll still be denied the peace of death.
