>>541627376You're close. Muscle cramps are a sign of being low on electrolytes. Drinking too much water flushes them out of your system, which then causes problems. Coconut water aint bad, but something like gatorade or electrolyte powder will do you better.Do be careful about letting your electrolytes drop too low, the muscle cramps are caused by nerve dysfunction and if your levels drop low enough it will actually give you a heart attack. Which would be a stupid way to die.
