First video ever of a Russian jet-drone Geran-4 Seeker was recently released. The machine probably hit the ground after it exhausted fuel hence it can be seen in almost ideal state, only in two parts.Geran-4 Seeker is Russias jet-powered one-way attack drone, in combat use since May 2026. It reaches 500 km/h, 900 km range, and carries 50-90 kg warheads. The Seeker adds electro-optical cameras + machine-vision for autonomous terminal guidance: an operator locks a target (locomotive, ship, warehouse) from 1 km, then the drone homes in independently even under heavy jamming. This makes it versatile against moving and fixed high-value targets - locomotives in motion, entire warehouses, port infrastructure, grain ships, airfields, and other discrete objects while jet speed and altitude help it outrun many cheap interceptors that defeated slower propeller Gerans. Russia has sharply scaled production (Alabuga complex expanded to 100+ factories; jet variants now a growing share of the fleet, with thousands of Geran-family drones monthly planned). Launch infrastructure is being expanded with modular/rail-type pads and storage at sites such as Tsymbulova (Oryol) and others, enabling more frequent, multi-axis launches that can pressure targets across much of Ukraine around the clock.These machines burned over +20 warehouses/retailers in the Kiev Oblast only in last 2 days.
