China would win if it devolved into chemical weapons.Chinese weapons are worse than weapons made in the middle east from places like Iran. Their modern population is too soft and weak compared to old China. Even then, China is sort of like the cum dumpster of Asia. Everyone has conquered China, permanently altered their gene pool, and then fucked off. China even lost to a tiny Island nation that occupied them less than a century ago. However, China definitely has no reservations about deploying chemical weapons, and India is probably one of the most susceptible nations on the planet to something like that. If China deployed biological or chemical weapons, they'd force India into submission immediately. Though the aftermath of that would probably be worldwide sanctions for the foreseeable future. They couldn't use such weapons on anyone else without getting cleaned off of the planet with nuclear fire.
