H1b is modern slave labor in a technological system. The Indian is culturally taught submission by their caste system so they naturally behave like servants who will do anything and work 24/7 for minimal compensation. They will accept half the wage average because that is still 10x more than what they would receive in India. The Global financial system functions in such a way that the dollar is significantly more valuable. So when an Indian borrows money in USD and they have to pay it back in their home currency, it will require them to work 10x more to exchange their currency to pay that debt. Therefore any time an Indian can earn dollars they will, and they will do whatever they have to or tolerate any abuse.
