I am a expert in sexual violence

What's stopping someone from just bribing every professional juror? There's only a select few of them, compared to jury of peers which is randomized
>>
We have that, it's called a bench trial.

>jury of your peers
lawyers pick the dumbest retards who are easily duped by word magic to convict people of shit they did not do, or convict people based on lack of evidence. expert jurors would fix the system, that is why it will never happen.

judges arent subject matter experts
>>
Nah. The rules for what constitutes an expert invariably brings in bias. I can see great nepotism and appeal to authority bullshit going on.

Jury of peers + experts brought in as witnesses to submit their opinion on evidence

Did you know that "sexual violence" does not require any actual violence?
This and more you will learn from "sexual violence experts".

Yes they are, that subject matter is law

I assume this is to make the country more inviting for new entrants, since the legacy system is too likely to not understand cultural differences etc.?

Well...
> I hate the jury
> I also hate the "experts"
I think juries are going to be very emotional.
They are probably also very biased based on category (assuming innocence of women for example).

I am not sure if the "experts" are any better.
I feel like they may enforce an unrealistc standards (also probably biased against men, such as requiring explicit consent only from women).

It's inevitable in a multicultural society, tribes stick together (apart from whites)
