If cops decide to monitor your computer and you got a stash of this type of content, they'll file a warrant on you, and lock you up for sure. But they're not gonna go out of their way to look for it, only the ones they see spreading or compiling it.My guess is that this disincentive is being pushed by the AI companies because AI Cp has the widest potential of breaking the case of AI proliferation entirely. If these companies can't prove to the masses/government that their software won't be used to uncontrollably flood the web with content like this, then everyone including investors tap out, so they have to make sure it won't proliferate, by cracking down on it and taking those people to jail.
