The cop is genuinely retarded. So is the driver running. The guy in the back seat has his hands up and instead of telling him to unlock the door, the retarded cop breaks the windows then grabs him. Then the guy unlocks the door to get out and the cop grabs his hair to drag him through the window full of broken glass instead of just...opening the door and exiting. Then the cop is punching him as the guy is getting out(lolwtf) and another cop gets him out normally.
