Probably, psychologically it's just a slow method of suicide. If you have a reason to live it's easier to quit. Reasons like religion or family might work for some but they wouldn't work for me and might not for you either.Spite, other 'negative' emotions might be helpful if you direct them away from yourself rather than at yourself.Anyway, I was able to go in and out very cleanly myself and so others should be able to as well.
