In short: no. Big cities are massive fortresses and this war is already rarefied into a bunch of skirmishes roughly a assembled into a "frontline". After the Duma elections, Russia will do a selective mobilization and recruit (abduct) 0.5mln people to slowly replenish the forces they have, but this would require another 0.5 on its own and it would be a waste, since that's the most hardening-effective spot in all of Ukraine. This war is "over" for big moves now. It's a slow motion slog for inches before some diplomatic resolution.
