Originally it was a Hoxhaist group.The KLA were seen as terrorists originally due to practicing terrorist tactics like kidnappings and killing police officers. However the Serbs would respond with massacres at larger scales which eventually switched the opinion of American diplomats and the public.I always think the KLA is the ultimate diss on Serbs. Serbs, especially here where they spend hours trying to convince Westerners of their side love to post the average iq of Albanians which is quite low. But those low iq albanians outsmarted and outwitted them during the war. The Americans had since the early 90s been saying that they would bomb Serbia if large scale violence happens in Kosovo. The KLA succsesfully baited the Serbs. My family being from a non Albanian minority group in Kosovo smartly chose to not participate in the discrimination of Albanians during the 90s as we knew the Americans would eventually enter and the tables would switch. Gypsies were the minority which put all their bets on the Serbs winning, should tell you enough.
