The factory jobs from the 1980s and the 1990s are largely gone in China as wages have increased over the decades and automation has taken over, there are even factories called "Dark Factories" in China that have all of their lights shut off to save money because everything is automated and there is only a handful of actual human employees to oversee the entire thing, only when a new factory gets built or changed do actual humans have any part in it. This has been pushed to extremes on both ends with women dancing continuously for 7 or more hours straight as long as the donations keep coming in and with men being homeless while spending everything they earn on livestream whores.
