stop using memeflag what country are you from OPStreets are covered by OPD, SFPD not CHP. City police change shifts at about 8 pm, and the third shift can only respond to real crime like shootings. There is nobody in front of the Oakland Pak-N-Save at 9pm, 12am or 2am when the bars close. But there are a lot of people who have just been removed from all the bars. Then they go on the highway and get arrested, crash and get arrested, or drive home to Stockton.

Even if the local attorney general presses charges, no Oakland jury will convict for traffic violations. For the exact same reasons no Oakland jury will convict for gun violations. The only niggers that actually get convicted over this are ones that do something really heinous, like forcible rape, or actual premeditated murder. Oaklanders themselves acquit pretty much anyone local and that's how things get way out of control.That's half the problem. The other half, is that these people drive back home to Stockton where the Oakland police can't get them because of jurisdictional limits. So the state police have to be used, and they won't bother unless they can see an obvious crime like an off-roster handgun, assault rifles, standard cap mags or dirty / faked smog certificates. The lattermost was how CHP got them a few years ago before Covid but they were all acquitted because the state government closed the jails.
