There are still retards who will argue to this day that Trump printing four trillion dollars out of thin air and dumping it into the economy in 2020 had absolutely nothing to do with inflation spiking in early 2021

Trump printed nothing.
The FED printed that money.
>>
You're just mad because you didn't scam the government out of millions of PPP/EIDL dollars like niggers who organized on reddit did.

Who nominated Jerome Powell to FED chair in 2017?

the federal reserve doesn't have the authority to print money -- only the treasury department does. why are miggers so fucking dumb?

As long as the banks / FED / big creditors of the US / government, don't start hacking away at the network of obligations - as long as they don't cash the check - it can be carried on to infinity in principle, but this is the same thing that happened as precursor to the French revolution: aristocracy printed debt, the middle class and wealthy class got lazy, and most people starved, so they had to kill the greedy bastards just to survive and get things back on track.

Logic and morality are coextensive.

Only I have the power to print money

If Trump turns DC into a Disney Theme park, it would be awesome.

Disney land, Disney World, and now...

Disney Nation.

The Federal Reserve does not physically print paper currency or mint coins, but it has the legal authority to create money digitally and manage the total U.S. money supply.
The Federal Reserve System places annual print orders with the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, buys those Federal Reserve Notes, and distributes them to commercial banks.
>>
>>541693397
Because trump didn't print anything.

The Federal Reserve decides what your dollar should be worth. What started out as a dollars' worth of dollar, has become worth less and less, and less.

Treasury doesn't control the bank, that would be illegal. Treasury has to borrow their money just like everyone else.
Can you imagine the debt, if congress could just print money and buy pork all day.
>>
Don't think of Federal Reserve Notes as money.
They are more like checks.
Holding onto checks makes no sense right?
Cash checks as soon as possible.

The same goes for Fed Notes, cash them as quick as you can because they will be worth less tomorrow. You're losing money, by keeping Fed Notes in your wallet.
When your boss pays you cash that check immediately and quickly buy gumballs, or whatever, anything is better than holding Fed Notes. Those gumballs hold value, Fed Notes don't ever.

As of late August 2026, there is approximately $2.48 trillion in physical U.S. currency in circulation globally.
So obviously it's impossible to pay anyone 40 Trillion dollars, because they don't exist.

This is why we elected a guy who knows a thing or two about bankruptcy. Because those banks want their money back, and they ain't gettin it.

Thomas Massey's all upset because the bank foreclosed and took his mama's double-wide.
Massey's crying please, please just give the bank their money. Hell no. The banks are scared, we have them right where we want them. In the Federal Reserve Charter it says, that if the federal reserve becomes insolvent, it is forfeit to the Treasury.

Past presidents have bailed out the banks, to keep the Fed from becoming insolvent. Someone like Massey would cry and let the bank take his farm, and yours too.
Not Trump. Trump says jump the bank says how high. Trump could ask the fed for 10 Trillion and they would say "yes sir"

Strictly speaking, monetary policy (aka 'moneyprinting') is the central bank+Treasury working hand-in-glove to """print""" fiat and issue debt notes.

In terms of monetary policy and the dollar worldwide, Trump has *for decades* advocated for devaluation of USD. His reasoning is and has been long before he got into politics, that a 'cheap' or devalued USD globally improves the United States balance of trade and ability of America to get 'good deals'.
