As you've accurately pointed out, yes sexpests target males more than females, especially effeminate looking ones. They know for a fact foids cost them an arm and a leg, while a meek looking moid's orifices can be used willingly and it cannot go and complain about it to anyone. As to how foids deal with them, they assess how much and what they can get out of the aggressor, play along, then ransack its resources when the time is right.
