Its only a problem if you don't care about the 1st amendment. Its a massive win for the 1st amendment. Only crimes with victims should be crimes, if the AI model was based on actual images that should be a crime, but if its generating based off of anime characters then there is no victim and thus no crime.Just because you find something abhorrent or disgusting does not make it a crime, there are a million things that I personally find disgusting that normies do on a daily basis but that does not make any of their actions crimes.
