Can any vehicle experts identify the make/model of the bus in this photo? Because apparently it was a Newark Airport shuttle vehicle which suffered a 'failure' and slammed into a concrete barrier, injuring dozens this morning. Which combination of AI/human failure/mechanical failure caused this to happen?
