It's only about 100 pages and it raises some interesting points. Ultimately he decides that yes, even if life is filled with evil, suffering etc and is ultimately pointless/there is nothing afterward, it is still correct to live. It's a very life affirming work which is funny because Camus gets erroneously lumped in with nihilism and absurdism is treated as a 'life sucks and is pointless and then you die' philosophy which it very much isn't.
