i was at FLETC in south carolina where they trained the coast guard and border patrol agents because i had auditor training. our group ate with all the guys living on the base and nobody complained about the food. i can't imagine the marines or army guys eat worse than what we ate.

Food on base can be very different than food while deployed. Even at remote bases the food can get pretty shitty when logistics are under stress.
