Make sure not to underplay your symptoms and be completely honest with your behaviour, emphasise what your bad days are like, exaggerate a little bit how many bad days you have, and how much it prevents you living a normal life/wagiedom, throw in how much anxiety it causes you as well to top it off

Almost everyone in Britain agrees with that.
