I'm a medical student and I'll be in massive debt which will essentially necessitate me to spend my first several years of clinical practice in America to pay off my loans. After that I want to move to Germany.Is it still worth it to move to Germany? How is the situation over there?

Europe is incredibly poorly positioned for the remainer of the century. Over developed, high expectation for good standard of living, no real domestic source of energy.
