I don't really feel like I ever fully recovered from covid if I'm honest. Didn't get the vaccine, either. It occured to me that it's something to do with the painful neck and headaches I experienced when I had the virus - it left me feeling like my body was always on high alert - then I started seeing the phrase nervous system dysregulation all over the net when long covid was mentioned. Then you go down the rabbit hole and find out about the role of all those nerves that sit in the occipital region of the Cervical spine...
