Their MO is to set up a meeting via TOX to discuss details, and I suspect that is what happened in this case. The hack was posted Aug 26th. I imagine the ATF hopped on to a call with them right away. Some crypto was probably transferred and that's it.

Usually something confidential or would otherwise cause damage if leaked outside of intended recipients. ATF still has the files, they just don't want it out on a public dropbox since their current targets can also access and potentially derail whatever ongoing investigations by destroying evidence and preemptively filing injunctions. Still, ATF can get fucked. No good reason for them to exist.
