The drunk feeling is very clean, you feel more of the nice feeling and hardly any of the disoriented feeling. That's also why you should be more careful with it, because you won't think you're as drunk as you really are, but it's much more relaxing, so you won't take some stupid risks, you'll just potentially be more complacent. Just keep track of how much you've had, and regardless of how you feel, judge on that to know how intoxicated you are.
