Hitler did not War. But Poland declared war on Germany the midnight before September 1. There were two big problems:1) The uk did not tell Beck that Germany had rearmed in violation of the "Treaty" of Versailles . 2) Germany was already preparing for war due to the act of war that Poland was committing against Germany e.g. Polish incursions into Germany territory.
