It'll have higher cost, lower capacity. There's a reason you centralize things (at least to a certain extent), it's more efficient.Technology will probably help. They'll have western big tech make a "uber" of logistics for them. They probably already have it actually. Spread out material over more locations, trucks bring things where they are needed just in time with automatic planning. But if you can't centralize anything without risking it getting blown up a big efficiency drop is probably unavoidable. It's not just storage, any factories that makes anything useful to the military is getting targeted.And it's another example of Ukraine's infrastructure being destroyed and replaced by the west. Ukraine had a lot of old Soviet-era infrastructure. Old, but publicly-owned and already paid for. When it needs to be rebuilt, it's always with massive debt and privatization. The financing is designed so that the debt can never be fully repaid or so that corporations can extract excessive economic rent. Either that, or it's something that's controlled from the outside. Like most of their "digitization" efforts, most likely. We're watching a state being dismantled and absorbed.
