I bought a house in an HOA neighborhood. I never gave the HOA any thought. I received a letter in the mail saying they were taking me to court over overdue HOA fees. I paid it prior to going to court but should worry about the HOA, take it seriously?

If you grass is brown or a tree dies, you can't change it, you will need to buy a tree and resod the grass. if you live in a condo, lord help you. they will hire their friends to plow snow when it is barely snowing or unnecessarily replace the roof and send you a bill for thousands to tens of thousands. if you get too many chinks, jeets, or niggers they will try to take over the hoa to make money for themselves. forget working on a car on your own property, or parking a trailer or RV. for all these privileges they want $500-2000 some fat nigger or jew will steal.
