You don't need corn and tractors, you need sugar, yeast, a still (which you can just build), aluminum oxide (dissolve tin foil in muriatic acid from the pool store, extract it with sodium carbonate aka baking soda on a pan in your oven cranked up for 5 hours). Anything that people could do 200 years ago, you can figure out a way to do today with less effort and expense. You can make anhydrous ethanol out of fucking trash, dude.
