>>541907515The first and possibly greatest issue is that of the location. Pretty much all decent land either belongs to an existing state or is controlled by it. No state would willingly let another state grow inside its borders, so we would need a country whose state is too weak to prevent several thousand white men from taking over an area. Something in central asia maybe, an island nation or an African country that is already unstable enough. We would have to expell the native population without some greater power like the Americans intervening. And there'd be the horrible costs and logistics of making this all work, especially in the early phases. It would take years of centralized preparation, all under the nose of the same nanny states we hate. Unless one of you is VERY rich and influential, I don't see this working, at least at the moment.

Moreover, the economy could crash from shifting out of war economy, many Russians might leave, leading to plummeting land prices. Working men would be needed then more than ever.
