A person cannot be ontologically evil (or ontologically good for that matter), because morality is an inherently relational concept: You are good or evil based on how you conduct yourself towards others. What you are on an ontological level is what you are in the absence of relational factors. It's the version of you that you would be if you were living in solitude on a mountaintop or deserted island.
