It really depends on the job. When i worked construction for 12-16 hour days it honestly wasnt as bad as it sounds, you were always doing different jobs every other hour and a lot of it was relaxed as I waited for the hard part to be made ready by another team or whatever. And you were also told to do hard labour type things in a relaxed manner so you didnt burn yourself out or get injuries. time went by twice as fast as the time i worked in a factory for 8 hour days where you would do the same task for 4 hours on end.
