FUCK, it is true

The federal police just rose against Mendonça. There is crisis in the Supreme Court, Mendonça is trying to save Brazil.
>>
Fucking kill youself, MBL faggot
>>
>>541948463
Jesus Christ, what a mess.

So justice Moraes was tipping off Vorcaro and getting millions in investment, and the reaction of the police is to defend Moraes because the judge who was coming after Moraes was supposedly "conducting an investigation", to the point they even call him out for 'explicitly asking for evidence that exposes Moraes". Then justice Moraes just demanded an accusation and had it accepted.

This is a huge, huge mess. Now it is Mendonça that is being accused. If you try to call out the truth in Brazil, you become a criminal.

Congress and Senate need to side with Mendonça now and call for public upheaval. Any serious country would have this be the ground for revolution.

Why did you say VI? Yeah, it is falling, but it is the III
QRD:
>be Daniel Vorcaro, buy a small São Paulo bank in 2018
>decide to turn it into a Ponzi Scheme
> sell CDBs (bank deposit certificates)
way above market, so normies and even pension funds pour cash in
>credit portfolio goes from ~R$1.4 billion in 2019 to ~R$40 billion by 2024, but the "assets" backing all this are fake
>use shell company (Tirreno) to conjure fabricated credit receivables out of thin air
>package fictitious payroll loans, sell them to BRB, the government-owned bank of Brasília
BRB then tries to straight-up BUY Banco Master in March 2025
>Central Bank, after months, blocks the acquisition
>Nov 18 2025: liquidates Banco Master to stop a bank run, triggers a record deposit-insurance (FGC) payout
>Vorcaro tries to flee via Guarulhos airport, gets arrested
>bank paid tens of millions to a law firm belonging to the wife to the Supreme Court justice Xandão (he denies wrongdoing)
>a senator allegedly got monthly payments while pushing a law that conveniently raised deposit-insurance ceilings
>Operation "Compliance Zero" keeps expanding
>Jan 2026: authorities seize ~R$5 billion
>sister banks Will Bank and Banco Pleno also liquidated
>BRB's ex-president arrested April 2026
everyone calls it the biggest corruption case since Lava Jato
I'm AI lazy, bite me.

Presidential elections are pointless compared to this judge feud. They might actually nuke the republic if they are not careful.

If I were the MBL right now, it'd be red alert. Screw the states and the performatics, go straight for the capital and defend Mendonça. This is the most courageous act in the history of the Supreme Court.

Elections are pointless. There is blood in the water.

Federal Policy is actually balcanized. The biggest positions are from Worker's Party indicates, but the rest is as diverse as it can be. That's why you can see news on 01, then Xandão, then Toffoli, then Nikolas. What is dominated is our Public Prosecutor's Office (Ministério Público) who are dead silence.

AI is very silly and is ignoring the actual scandal, that Vorcaro had very powerful politicians and judges as his business associates because his trade was traffic of influence. He had plenty of business and law offices connected to the judges, which he used as a front to send them money. Like Judge Toffoli's companies or Moraes's wife's law firm.

He kept securing those payouts from debt insurance guaranteed by federal money exactly because he was so well-connected.

This is a very classic brazilian scandal, just a massive traffic of influence scandal that makes itself too big to fail by associating with powerful public officials.

He was being tipped off by a supreme court judge who talked to him over Whatsapp using tools of criminals to hide information.

The head of the Federal Police clearly has no control over his own institution. Half of it is Moraes's praetorian guard, the other half just does whatever. There are people answering Mendonça's demands, while others just expose him.

What will likely happen is that brazilians reveal themselves to be dogs, fail to aid Mendonça, and Mendonça cowers away and throws the blame exactly on the investigators who sided with him. Small fish are easier to fry.

So the most likely outcome is that the institutional strifes that have occurred involving the federal police should be solved now, because someone will have to take the blame for aiding in Mendonça's breach of ethics.

I am astonished at how brazilians don't give a damn about anything. Any country would have justices resign after being exposed in such manner.

We didn't kill the indians, they just banged their way into the system, like it tends to happen in Brazil.

This country's history is hardly one of genocide or any serious matters, but rather endless sex.

Which is why the political situation is this mess. No one cares about honor, they operate on the 'fuck you, got mine' mindset. All is fine, as long as they are still getting paid so they can go to the beach, travel and have fun. The country itself is a huge scam.

Moraes is the leftist scumbag who was trying to shut down Twitter, correct?

I hope you guys can unfuck your country. You could look to Pinochet for an example of how to do it.

BTW, what are your thoughts on a Bolsonaro victory? I made decent money off Orban getting the boot, I'd love to double it by seeing Lula get thrown out of office.
>>
>>541951306
I wouldn't call him a leftist, but he aligns with globohomo. He's his own thing.
>>
>>541951163
>All is fine, as long as they are still getting paid so they can go to the beach, travel and have fun.
Our economics is looking way too much like in 2014. We only grew 0,5% due to agriculture (that will suffer US and EU embargo) and the consume is decreasing because everyone is in debt due to 'Desenrola' policy shenanigans
>>
>>541951306
Yes. Moraes is the all-powerful judge who read the job description and discovered being in the Supreme Court gives him godly powers. His investigation on Covid-19 fake news turned into a Ministry of Truth, and he has dominated brazilian politics since.

He even shut down Twitter, which (sadly) was brought back, because Musk preferred to censor his clients rather than stop introducing american political discourse to dumb brazilians. It was too much soft power to refuse.

You applied sanctions on Moraes, and Marco Rubio and Trump despise him. You blocked him from travelling abroad and even using his credit cards (Magnitiski law).

It didn't work very much because he is one man and can easily use someone else's bank account. But it was symbolic.

It'd be very funny right now if the USA were to sanction Brazil even harder now, in a show of support for Mendonça. You struck us over much less.
>>
>>541951306
>BTW, what are your thoughts on a Bolsonaro victory?
(((Polls))) are giving Lula at least a 5% advantage at first round, but those same (((polls))) are insisting in giving 1% to a very-far-left candidate (UP party) who probably has only votes in sociology, social service and history faculties.
>>
>>541951382
>He's his own thing

He is a liberal freemason. Given the info we have now, we know he either has no serious political positions besides himself, or that he likely sees his role as 'defending democracy'. He adopts the typical brazilian freemason policy of adhering to progressive values but not being vocal about it. Hell, he was a college professor of humanities. They are all leftists as long as it is not their money being taken.
>>
>>541951521
If Trump intervenes now (considering that CIA is not doing all those espionage stuff, which I doubt it) Lula will raise the nationalist card
>>
>>541951306
>betting against Lula

We are not a democracy, anon.

There are already investigations running on Bolsonaro's son. Just two days ago a Supreme Court judge (who got money from Vorcaro's scam) tried to suspend an upstart candidate's entire ticket over a technicality, and had to be called out.

What will happen is that the Federal Police and the judiciary will just start leaking information to sabotage Bolsonaro's son. They installed an inquiry on him sixty days before official campaigning season began. Since speaking out against Lula's regime often involves saying the names of very powerful (and apparently, corrupt) men like the Justices, an opposition candidate has hardly any chance to defeating Supreme Court-backed Lula. You are fighting uphill in Brazil. Yesterday one of our candidates even said that 'Brazil makes him want to take his own life'.

And Bolsonaro's son is vulnerable too, because they have weaponized the fact that an autobiography on Bolsonaro's presidential campaign was being made, and supposedly one of the sponsors was Daniel Vorcaro (the same guy who was paying the Supreme Court judges and running his bank scam).

Brazil is a managed democracy. Only movements that are pre-approved by the Brasilia clique of 'Supreme Court' / Federal Police / Public Prosecution Office (Ministério Público) can win.

Bolsonaro's son stands no chance, in my opinion.

Didn't this exact thing screw over Dilma Rousseff and (thus) Haddad versus Bolsonaro? What changed to cause this clique to run back into Lula's arms?

>What will happen is that the Federal Police and the judiciary will just start leaking information to sabotage Bolsonaro's son.
Not without he had arranged a shitty movie that will cost as much as Godzilla Minus One following Olavo's advice on the culture war, though
>>
>>541952036
Brazil was a democracy albeit flawed during the Haddad x Bolsonaro election. Dilma was impeached in 2016 by demand of congress, back when the congress still could do things.

>What changed to cause this clique to run back into Lula's arms?

You won't believe me, but a private jet fell from the sky and killed a honest justice. The dead judge had to be replaced.

Then it allowed President Temer (Dilma's replacement) to name Alexandre de Moraes, his freemason buddy and law university professor, to back up a governist regime.

And then Covid-19 came.

A 'Fake news Inquiry' that is still in action today gave the Supreme Court Justices to ask for preventive arrests over 'spreading false information'. And guess who was the judge in this inquiry? Alexandre de Moraes. Plenty of people connected to Bolsonaro suffered legal retaliations. It was nasty.

Bolsonaro, of course, being a vaccine denier, was Alexandre de Moraes's #1 enemy of his Ministry of Truth. Then, when the Lula x Bolsonaro elections of 2022 were approaching, the Justices let Lula out of jail then annulled the processes that condemned him. Because the 'Justices' now means Alexandre de Moraes, who hate Bolsonaro. And hating Bolsonaro is = standing for democracy.

This is how the Supreme Court clique came from condemning PT and Lula in 2013 to being their most important allies in 2026.

I can believe it; stranger things have happened. Just ask Lin Biao or Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Given Latin America is the West's mutant cousin/backyard in many ways, this sort of mutation of left-liberal genteel authoritarianism is about what I'd expect.

Thank you for answering, by the way.

How honest are the elections in Brazil (I assume "not very"); and what do you think the chances of Bolsonaro the Younger are to outright win?

I mean, we got lucky on the timing, but she was waaaaaaaaaaaay past her expiration date. The Dems were absolutely fucking begging her to resign in 2016 so that Obama could appoint a young, healthy replacement.

I just wish Sotomayor would croak. She's got poorly-controlled diabetes and has had several EMS calls because of, e.g., being found unconscious. Just imagine the screeching from the Left if she croaks within the next two months.

I really hope the Republicans hold the Senate. If Trump weren't such a fucking retard it would be a lock, but god DAMN does he seem hellbent on pissing off every single former supporter, myself included.
