unironically and realistically, how do you stop eating goyslop?
and please don't give me unrealistic shit like
>just become a chef bro
or worse
>just grow your own food bro
>>
>>541966451
Embrace eating goyslop or perfect one pot cooking, everything in one pot, simmer for 20 minutes, eat it.
>>
>off-topic thread
>>
>>541966451
Just eat nothing but meat until you feel stuffed
When you are full of meat you don't even think about snacking
After a few days of 100% meat-only consumption you will lose your taste for goyslop
>>
>>541966451
Buy potatoes
Boil potatoes
Add some butter and Salt.
>>
>>541966451
Just don't be a fag bro
>>
>>541966451
unironically consider being really fucking poor
I'm talking abjectly, borderline poverty
I get one big slop meal every couple of months and it always financially ruins me, but it is only every couple of months

invest in items that are just expensive enough that it only leaves you with enough for your essentials each month
it's a crazy position to deliberately make yourself poor but we're talking like "last resort" tactics here
>>
>>541966451
eat natural starchy fibrous foods, like beans.
>>
>>541966451
This picture makes me feel great sadness. It really captures the essence of the abuse of innocents.
>>
Cooking your own food.
Plan, buy what you need for few days only for meals, make them quick and easy, fresh. And snacks too, make them and have them avelable.

I never eat fast foodz aside from Sushi occasionally only. I even make my own Coffee.

No oils, no "modern healthy" bullshit... just meats veg, eggs, veg is light and mostly pickled, lemon is my go to in sparkling water. Hommade soups, broth and veg then quick add of noodles like udon (No ramen poison).

Tons of protein basically.
I am very healthy and I don't pay pakijeet and never ever ever ever order delivery, ever. I think I had one pizza delivery in 20 years. lol
>>
>>541966451
Just cook and grow your own food retard
>>
>>541966451
Salmon is the cure, it will keep you full for very long due to the natural healthy oils, mix with rice and tomato sauce.
>>
>>541966451
>Tell me how to not eat like shit
>I won't cook
>I won't grow my own food
>but I just wanna be healthier, I'll take any suggestions
Fucking kill yourself
>>
>>541966707
This does not require cooking btw. Make the salmon in your airfryer, make the rice in your rice cooker. Done.
>>
>>541966451
you need that steam kettle so you can cook without oil

Become immensly rich, hire a personal cook and valet who between them make sure you only have healthy yet delicious options easily available at any time.
>>
>>541966451
I just don't. Simple as that.
Oh wait, we have laws preventing kikes from selling poison disguised as food.

Pressure cooker is a massive QoL boost for people that hate cooking. You can cook a big pot of something and then either freeze it in portions or eat it every meal for days using the power of autism.

Pressure cookers, slow cookers and crock pots also allow you to make delicious healthy meals from things like rice, dried beans/lentils/barley, meat on the bone (chicken drumsticks/beef chops) and other cheap ingredients.

And you just kind of chop it up and throw it all in there. Go play some vidya, come back and you're a masterchef.

Just spend 5 minutes watching some chud telling you his time min/max recipes on youtube and be amazed.
>>
>>541966900
This.

Get a giant steel pot, healthy and good temp dispersion, perfect for fancy meats.

Make big meals, freeze, defrodt, rlwaem in the oven.

I gift those to all my managers. Special cooking dishes, and my other previous coworkers. For those who are Normal Family Oriented sane folk it's a heavenly gift... for those who are lost it's an oddity.

Most useful stuff, don't be an oddity, OP. Be magnificent. Pots for everyone, everyone must cook or die of heart attack, choice is theirs. lol
>>
Shit flag checks out.

Ok Op since you asked nice like, just learn to cook basically. Perhaps read a book on nutrician. You don't need to become some master chef like some liars will tell you but if you can't cook toast, boil an egg and do basics like that your going to forever be at the mercy of an entirely processed or uncooked diet. Both are terrible.
If you've got a public libiary in your town or city I'd check that out because you can make a list of ingredients of a basic meal, stick it a few feet from your prep area and cook some food.

Thank's google, love not being able to correct my spelling lmfao.
>>
>>541966451
You have to cook. There's no way around it. All of the prepackaged convenience food is shit.

>durr muh low cal microwave slop

They just give you a smaller portion. Its still the same unhealthy shit. You will eat it and then go and fill your fat fuck face with more slop when you get hungry again in 10 minutes. Only proteins will keep you full enough to not be shoving snacks in your face all day. And the only way to realistically get lots of lean healthy protein not covered in shit is to cook it.
>>
>>541966451
Just don’t put it in your mouth, bro. It is literally that easy.

Never change /pol/.
>>
>>541966451
Realistically, your biggest problem is being addicted to sugar, resulting in extreme hunger. The best way is to gradually lower your sugar intake by picking items or foods that contain less sugar.
The next part would be picking up basic cooking skills and cooking in bulk.
Ultimately, you want to buy only basic fresh produce and no processed foods at all, that way you dodge most additives without even trying.
Downside is that you will need to eat at home or bring food with you, and to spend atleast some time in the week to prep food, cut vegetables and trim meat yourself.
The only seasoning you will ever need is salt btw, don't fall for the memes.
>>
>>541966451
You don't need to be a chef to cook, wtf?
>>
>>541967560
LOL I forgot about that shit. Probably have that are the Starbucks here too. 3000 calories holly shit lmfao.
>>
>>541967565
>your biggest problem is being addicted to sugar

An easy fix is to not buy that bag of chips or haribo sour snakes or mezzo mix because it will be gone the moment you open that.
>>
>>541966707
>Salmon with tomato sauce

What are you fucking cra-
>Sweden
Nvm carry on then.
>>
>>541966451
I eat goyslop once every 4 months more or less. It's super easy to make good soup and to store it. You can just heat the soup, add cheese, and as a side dish some toasted bread with butter and some cold cuts... for protein needs, just buy meat, add seasoning, cook it + bread if you're lazy or rice if you're not. Add some salad so you won't shit bricks.
>>
>>541966451
Vegetables. Beans. Chicken. Spices (not salt) and sauces (lemon or greek yogurt based). Water (or seltzer water). Tea (no sugar). Coffee (no sugar, no cream, milk is ok).

That's it. Just do various combinations of that. Don't have to become a chef. Don't have to grow your own food. Pretend like all other products don't exist. A little fruit or rice or whole wheat (or oat or flax) bread here or there is okay, just not a giant pile. And a little olive oil. But nothing else.

You can make soup. You can make salad. You can make a whole wheat wrap or pita. None of this is harder than making a pot of pasta or a sandwich. It's just better all around. Make veggies the biggest part of the meal. Then beans. Then meat. Make any carbs and oils and sauces the accent, so not the main bulk of what you eat.
>>
>>541967632
You mix it with rice in a pot and add spices.
>>
>>541967626
Another easy fix is to cook a huge pot of stew or cream chicken. That way you will only need to cook pasta or rice and reheat your stew.
But there are like a billion youtube tutorial by /fit/ guys on how to make bowls and burritos, you can't miss it.
>>
You'll be like 140 or 150 pounds if you do, because it's everywhere and real food is so expensive.
Yes, seed bread made of seed paste is also goyslop.
Eating a meat and fruit diet (not goyslop) is very expensive, best thing you can do is load up a freezer - certain cuts of meat also skip a lot of the jew bullshit by being "animal food", so you can also get lots of cheap meat like this.
In certain places you can get large animals with certain tricks for cheap, like in russia or alaska bear meat is basically free.
Certain animal fat and offal would have been handed out for free from the butcher, but now it's what hip people eat and it gets consumed most of the time.

Basically your best chance is to fill a freezer and just accept that food will be a higher portion of your budget than a normal person - historically this was the case, where it was 25-40% of someone's budget.
Also abuse the fuck out of any public free food programs - food banks will give you expiring ingredients the poors don't want to cook with. Sign up for all government programs that you can. Apps like too good to go, or flash foods, can get you foods at a fraction of the price.

There you go OP, there's most of the lifehacks they don't tell you.
>>
>>541966900
That all sounds like overcooked brown mush.
>>
>>541966451
If you’re making threads like this, forget about it, it’s beyond you
>>
>>541966451
Literally just learn basic life skills you absolute slop slob.
>>
>>541968050
And for the food banks thing, don't feel bad about it. My aunt is constantly given a box from them of expiring food because poors DO NOT COOK and don't touch the stuff, so it just gets donated and then gets given to her or it would go in the garbage.
Ah and of course, have more chest freezers, that's the last one. Load said freezers up with the christmas turkey and ham sales and other special seasonal sales, where you will secure meat for significantly less than a dollar a pound. Literally just fill a freezer with them, crack one open when the last one runs out.
>>
>>541966451
Don't buy anything in the Middle isles of the grocery store besides like, nuts and flour, and spices.
>>
>>541966451
Stupid fuck, you're on the internet... Youtube: "how to make simple meals with ground beef/chicken," etc. Get your meat from a local butcher. Buy vegetables that aren't full of chemicals, and quit eating cookies and noodles. Absolute fucking idiot.
>>
>>541966451
if you're poor its cheaper to eat healthy. frozen and tinned vegetables, frozen chicken, minced beef, potatoes, etc. stick it all in a pot and wait
if you're wealthy just eat out or order at fancy brunch cafes
>>
>>541968055
There's a bunch of different recipes (stews, soups, risottos, curries, chilli). Clearly you don't throw everything I listed into the pot together at once.
>>
>>541968242
"Just google recipes bro" doesn't really cut it, the average person has no idea that they can just fill a chest freezer with hams, turkeys, and sale meat (not from the local butcher but from the meat market that's probably an hour away but cheaper) so that they can actually afford to eat meat (not goyslop) every meal.

My boomer parents have a whole meat network thing going on where every time they meat up they list out the sales on meat going on and where it's the cheapest and what's good, the average person has no idea of this and some recipe they googled won't tell them how to get the meat at a decent affordable price.
>>
>>541968178
One of the biggest things I want to enjoy if I ever get to buy a house is a chest freezer.

When I see something I know I will want to eat forever at 50% off prices, I would be happy to dump hundreds of dollars into it.

The grandkids can try to figure out what gramps was doing with 3 crates of Tabasco sauce after my funeral.

Yes I know the Tabasco doesn't go in the freezer. Don't @ me.
>>
>>541966548
This
Worked for me. Make sure it's fatty meat.
>>
>>541968475
We have a barn with a couple spare outlets in it so we hypothetically could have like two more, actually we could have an extra two after that in the spare room.
But we've already got half a year of food in freezers alone, stuff just gets thrown into there and dug out months later. I really want ham now.
>>
>>541968553
Is there any real time preservation limit on meat storage? Frost burn is a thing and there must be some cellular breakdown of frozen items over time.
>>
>>541966451
Not pol
