If they already very nearly won soviet union by attacking them, which times more resources than defending, then I don't see how Germany would have not been fine by just holding the east front and then if Stalin decides to attack so be it. It's easier to defend and takes less resources. Meanwhile Hitler could have fucked British elites up by any mean he can and give up some of his principles by trying to make the nuke if that thing exists so USA couldn't just nuke Germany. And obviously do the same thing as Stalin did so once the power is stabilized, no one could have left Germany just like no one could leave Soviet Union once SU got it's shit together.
